Anita Mitchell
Previously Chief Executive of GO-teaching and Head of Recruitment Services for Devon County Council. Anita is a graduate in Occupational Psychology and is qualified to level 3 in Psychometric testing by SHL. Anita previously worked in ergonomic science as a Human Factors Practitioner for British Aerospace and as a lecturer.
Graham Nicholls
Previously Head of Operations for GO-teaching and Deputy Head of Recruitment Services for 6 years. Prior to this, Graham spent 11 years as a senior training officer for Devon County Council and is CIPD qualified in training and assessment. He is also qualified to level 3 in psychometric testing by SHL. Graham is a graduate, who's earlier career was in the mental health services as well as teaching in further education.
