How Does it Work?
We advise you on the most effective questionnaire or test to either help you appoint the right person in a recruitment process or meet the personal development or team building needs within your organisation.
Candidates are invited to complete assessments via email at a location of their choice. Once they have completed it, results are sent online to Anagram people’s trained psychometric consultants for analysis. We can feedback the results face to face, by telephone, email or by written reports
