How does it work ?
We advise you on the most effective questionnaire or test, to help you appoint the right person.
Candidates are invited to complete assessments via email at a location of their choice. Once they have completed it the results are sent online to ANAGRAM's trained psychometric consultants for analysis.

Feeding back the Results
Ideally, feedback should take place face to face between the psychometric consultant and the recipients or recruiters. However we understand that this may not always be feasible, We are now able to offer either telephone feed back on a 1-1 basis,or by teleconference to an interview panel or management board.
